The Global Water Futures programme held its inaugural Annual Science Meeting from 3-6 June, 2018 at McMaster University. UNU-INWEH is a knowledge partner to some projects and participated in multiple events to stimulate discussions and interactions with Canadian researchers and project teams, mapped cross-cutting activities, and possibilities as to how the scientific advancements of this mega programme can contribute to enhancing understanding of best practices and knowledge mobilisation for multiple stakeholders in the water sector around the world. We also presented our capacity building programmes that can be scaled to GWF context- the 2030WaterSecure.
