An event held on World Water Day – 21 March – will present preliminary results from a collaborative project that can accelerate water-related development in Tunisia.

The Tunisian Government (the Ministry of Agriculture, Water Resources and Fisheries), researchers (from the National Research Institute for Rural Engineering, Water, and Forestry) and civil society – through the Association for Water and Development – are co-organising an event around Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 6, which is to ensure availability and sustainable management of water and sanitation for all.
These three organisations, amongst other key national stakeholders, have been working together on a project that aims to accelerate the implementation of SDG 6. The event, which will be held on World Water Day on 21 March, will introduce the project and deliver preliminary results to a varied audience in Tunis.

The agenda for the event is available (in French) here, and for more information please contact Dr (Ms) Olfa Mahjoub from INGREF at olfama@gmail.com
